FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQs)

Confirmed Space

Space is available on a first come first served basis and therefore, cannot be confirmed without a signed contract and deposit.

Deposits

Ten (10) percent or $1000, whichever is greater is required to hold space.

Additional Deposits

Typically, three additional deposits will be schedules before your event. Any and all payments made within 30 days of the event must be made in cash.

Final Details

Should be planned no later than 20 days before your event

Guaranteeing Space

Function Space can only be held with a signed contract and deposit.

Invitation Time

We are ready to receive guest Fifteen (15) minutes earlier than the time specified in the contract.

Maps

Maps to include with invitations are available upon request.

Rice, Birdseeds or Confetti

Cannot be thrown for safety reasons

Smoking

Public areas are non smoking

Rehearsal

If arranged in advance and no other parties are schedules.
